Reiki is a powerful eastern healing technique where energy is channelled into the client with a delicate hands-on or off approach, encouraging the natural healing processes of the body promoting mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Mikao Usui created this system that was developed back in the early 20th century. Energy is channelled and travels to specific areas within the body, reiki energy goes where it is needed, creating an overall balance of energies relating to the mind, body and soul. This practice is a beautiful healing method by firstly creating total relaxation, alone relaxation prompts the body’s natural healing. For this practice you will remain fully clothed and use either your own comfortable surface, recliner chair, cushions or therapy bed depending on the space available. Jade provides both equipment and ambience by using Essential oils, incense, music and a range of crystals. Reiki is beneficial to absolutely everyone, from conception to end of life, well or not, and is extremely beneficial to those facing times of stress in everyday life.
